Do you deliver outside of Dublin, Ohio? We deliver EVERYWHERE in Ohio and surrounding states; delivery fee applies (please view our delivery fee in our Cake Information Tab for more information)
Do I need an appointment to visit your location? Yes, We are currently by appointment only. We don't have pre-baked goods, everything we offer is freshly baked for your event.

Do you offer custom cakes or do you work with pre-designed cake styles? All of our cakes are custom-designed for every occasion to add a personal touch to your event; although our portfolio is available for ideas, cakes photos from magazines can also be used for ideas.
Why do we have to pay for a consultation why are they not complimentary? Because you get to taste all of our Signature Cake Flavors, we bake these FRESH, they are not frozen and defrost. We also RESERVE your event date just for YOU until your consultation date; that means, we turn down other orders. Will you loose your money? What special dietary restrictions can you accommodate? By special request, we can accommodate egg-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free orders, organic & vegan orders.
PLEASE NOTE: some of these cakes are not full of moisture; if you like a cake that's moist please let us know and we will add a simple syrup to help with moisture AND we recommend using a buttercream or mousse filling vs. natural fruit filling only because it will also help bring moisture to your cake.
Are you licensed by the State Health Department? Yes, our kitchen located in Dublin OH is licensed & inspected through the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture.
What cake accessories do you rent out & what is the rental fee? We have cake & cupcake stands, decorated dummy cakes, etc. There is a different renter’s retainer fee for each item; We discus our renters agreement during our initial cake design consultation for fees and rental terms.
Do you offer refunds on cancellations? All deposits received are non-refundable & non-transferable.
What if we don't like the cake design or the taste of the cake or If the cake happens to fall, do you offer refunds?We offer cake design & tasting consultations so that you can design & sample our Delightful Cakes before you place your order, there is a fee of $35 for Every Occasion Cake Tasting Consultations (see cake information tab for more details).
It is our policy that deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At the time that you accept delivery of your cake all monies paid to Delightful Cakes, LLC are non-refundable & non-transferable.
If your cake is damaged in any way( i.e; falls, shifts, melts due to improper temperatures, etc) After delivery or Pick Up,Your cake is non-refundable and non-transferable
